Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, carrier issues). GlamJam is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once they have been handed to the courier, but we’ll always do our best to help you locate your package.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Each GlamJam item is produced individually. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@glamjam.fashion with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
